Paperwork - when do we come home?

For those that have been asking we still have about three weeks of paperwork before we can think about coming home. We have to wait two weeks to get the official documents from the courthouse. Then we go to the city where Alissa was born and get her birth certificate (old and new). Once we have those we go to another town and get her Polish passport. The Polish government recently changed the process for getting the passport so it could take a bit longer than usual to get. Once we have all of those documents we head to Warsaw. In Warsaw, Alissa needs a quick medical sign-off by an approved US consulate doctor. Then an appointment to get her US Visa. The Visa normally just takes a day. We'll see how long this process takes.
